Amber is Events Director at Real Deals Media and Director of Growing Business Intelligence. Prior to joining Real Deals Media, Amber spent nine years at Argus Media, developing and building up an events portfolio, spanning the energy industry across Europe and Africa.

During this time, she launched the European Biomass Conference, and specialised the launch of events in developing countries including Tanzania, Ghana and South Africa.

Since joining Real Deals Media three years ago, Amber has grown the events portfolio across the private equity sphere in Europe, as well as leading and driving the growing business audience via both events and content.

Fraser, Partner and UK Head of Accounts and Business Advisory Services, leads our accounting, tax compliance and business advisory teams across the UK. He is also responsible for the audit of large groups of companies and international clients as well as advising a diverse range of owner managed businesses.

As part of our digital transformation team, he ensures our teams harness the latest technology across our business to empower our expert teams to deliver tailored services to clients.

Fraser also leads the firm’s Family Business Advisory team and takes a particular interest in assisting business families balance the conflicting pressures of family and business life.

He gained international experience working overseas with international groups, Canadian and US GAAP providing transaction support and working in corporate banking.

Dan, Head of Transaction Services, has been advising SMEs, Private Equity, Banks and private clients for more than 15 years.

In the last 12 months alone he has advised on more than 30 DD engagements in a variety of sectors including technology, consumer & business services.

Dan also advises clients in an advisory capacity on transactions including vendor assist.
